Hi,
Sorry to hear about your broken leg. If you are bored with the things that you are already doing, maybe you can think of all the things that you usually enjoy doing and make some plans for the time when your leg is ok again...
For example, if you like parties and you would like to try your organizing skills, you could plan a party to celebrate the time when your cast will be taken off... You could get very creative about it and plan a theme party, design the invitations, think of some games and activities, check what costumes and decoration could be used for that. That might be a fun and positive way to look forward to taking off your cast and I am sure your friends would love to celebrate that with you too.
I don't know what your general preferences as far as fun things to do are and what interests you the most... Books are always great friends and you can always find some fascinating subjects to read about.
I don't know if you like movies...I love watching movies personally and i get them on Netflix. It is really nice because you get them in the mail and you can choose whatever you want to watch online.
If you like anything that is creative you could try some drawing, painting, singing (maybe karaoke?:)), writing stories, poems, etc.
Maybe there was alwasy something that you wanted to learn but did not have enough time for that? Maybe you always wanted to learn a foreign language, learn about photography or using some software?
Some people love genealogy and they get really into trying to find out about their ancestors, etc.
I hope that you'll get inspired by some of the ideas and I wish you a lot of fun time while waiting for your cast to be taken off! Take care!
Alex

first figure out how not to end up in a cast again. I had a cast for 7 months and I just continued to do everything I always did just hopped around on one foot. I hated the crutches. as long as you be careful you don't have to stop doing things.

I broke my neck last February and spent most of my time while recuperating here on Yahoo Answers. All healed now, and you'll be back on your feet, too, in no time. Help kids here with homework questions. The best kids of all are the ones in India and there abouts. They come on for homework in the middle of the night, but their questions are wonderful. Go exploring into all the categories and learn about human nature.

yea. While watching TV like Deal or No Deal, you can enter their little contest on line. $10000 to give away. Wheel of Fortune has a thing where you can earn points. There are other shows that if you tune in, you can enter to win money.

Go to the Veteran's Hospital and visit those wounded in the war. I'm sure you won't feel so bad for yourself.
