Yeah, WHY DO human beings INSIST ON TYPING QUESTIONS AND solutions IN CAPS LOCK AND utilising a number of question MARKS???????? such as you probably did... in line with threat to earnings greater interest to the individuals and so the question can stand out... or in all threat like this individual pronounced, you had caps lock...

Why do you think the caps lock is there for? To use it! And plus it's there question, there rules, they do whatever they want. It's not like there's a rule Yahoo uses which you can't use caps lock. It's ridiculous if they do, so just let those people do whatever they want with the caps. It doesn't matter, just as long as they don't make stupid remarks, I'm fine with it.

You won't like the answer... most of the abusers of this are older folk who 1 have no idea that caps are rude, and 2 need larger print to read.

Maybe they feel urgency while they type. Maybe they feel this will convey their message better. I mean really...what is the freakin big deal on this issue. Why do some people insist on not using caps at all?
