I have been off the b/c pill since Oct 21. My periods have been 32 days apart, I just got period again now, and it came on during the 32nd night. We have been trying to convience since I stop the pills, and I have had sex when I was told I was ovulating from all the ovulating calculators I have tried, but NO LUCK :(

I am worried I will never be able to get PG and have another baby. My 1st one was not planned, and it happened. She is 5. I have been on the pill for almost 5 years, but have been off since OCT like I said already...

I am also worried there is something wrong with my partner and that his sprems doesn't work?
Is there any suggestions why I am not PG yet? Or what are the chances we will get PG in the next 3 months?
Any help is good!
Thanks

Coming off bc can delay pregnancy, and pregnancy often takes 6-8 months of trying for even a normal, perfectly healthy and fertile couple.

Perhaps a fertility monitor will help you, but I probably wouldn't even spend money on that until the 6th month.

Be patient.Took me a year after I got off birth control to get pregnant.Like you, I thought for sure I would never have another baby, it's very hard when you want another baby so badly. My only advice is don't try, don't think about it and don't stress about it. Like I said, I tried for a year, and I ended up saying forget it, I gave up, I forgot my last period, didn't try to predict ovulation and I had sex because I wanted to, not because I had to so I could get pregnant. Well, That same month I got pregnant. There's hope, you WILL have another baby, in due time, take my advice.I'm now 8 weeks pregnant..Good luck to you!

Get yourselves both checked out thoroughly. Stress and worry will not help you to conceive. My specialist told me that tight briefs and jeans on men effect the sperm count..Also the fact that you have been on the pill a long time will affect the chances of you getting pregnant.Best of luck.
