Go online and find a generic work application. Print it out and Doctor it up the way you want. Definately have references. Have them fill it out and return it to you. Then have them in for interviews. Pick the best one.Good luck.

Be straight forward and honest , # 1 . Are you a pig , will you pick-up after yourself ? # 2 . when you pile up dishes in the sink will you clean them ? # 3 . Please " DO NOT " use my tooth brush just because it's handy ! # 4 . If you play your music please be considerate ! # 5 . Most important if we're have a problem with one another let's talk about instead of walking around mopping about it , or yelling at each other . Lets just talk and try to resolve the situation .

Get a background check on them. You can do this by references, or on line through a service. They cost around 50 bucks but may save you more than that in the long run.
