Thriving for your marriage occurs when you are living for each other.
Surviving a marriage occurs when you are staying together for the kids OR because you have torn up your body so much that for all intents and purposes, you are no longer marketable in the dating game or in the working world.

Sweetie, if you are asking, you are obviously not thriving. However, it may or may not be the marriage that is the problem.
Imagine your life without your spouse. Observe the feelings your spouse produces in you over time.
Do things for yourself. Care for yourself. If you are completely run down and drained, you may have trouble thinking objectively about your relationship.

Thriving- If you are happy, they put a smile on your face when they get home, you feel safe, complete.
Surviving- you are just there, you go through everyday just completing the day. You feel as though you are just exsisting

Thriving is when you are happy to see them when they come home, surviving is not really caring IF they come home. Dying is when you hope they DON'T come home.
