How to forget them.......very easy find the humor and laugh about yourself ....then i will be not big deal ......also think that It can happen to anybody and this time it happen to you
This just brought memories about the time I went to school and I wanted to sit on the first desk ...I was playing and swinging the desk from left to right ...guess what I fell upside down and everybody could see my underwear ....what a shame.....everybody call me Mrs. Sexy for a whole month ...then I would bring it up on conversations and they told me ...come on it is not funny anymore!

you don't. It's the only way we truly learn things in this world. Just remember what lead you to that humiliating moment and don't repeat it. That way even though you won't forget it, it'll be easier to laugh at, because you never did it again. Remember a cat who sits on a hot stove will never sit on a cold stove again.

As time passes you will forget about them or ask your friends to share their most embarassing moments and you can all have a laugh together. I know that it feels awful at the time but eveyone has them so don't feel so alone.

You shouldn't because it will give you a reason to laugh when no one made a joke or said anything. Having an extremely good mood for the rest of the day!

It happens to all of us... is part of being a human being. Time will be the best remedy. Don't worry about those things. There are plenty of other things to worry about in our lives already. Happy New Year.

They happen to all of us at some point in life. Treat them like a speck of dust on your shoulder. Dust it off and move on. When you get older you will problably laugh at how much it bothered you at the time.

When the memory or thought comes into your head, ignore it and focus on what's going on in the present. You can control your thoughts. Toss all the negative voices out as soon as they come floating in.

unfortunately you can't just because you want to. Learn to laugh at yourself, and in time you might forget. Use it as a lesson learned... and warn others with your example.
