Can anyone tell me the deference between thought lessness and child abandonment and what I should do . My son and his wife seem to have forgoten to pick up their children after christmas and I cant find them

Thanks every body they did eventually turn up. Broken down car no cell service. We were all worried sick. Where we live is pretty isolated.

Call the police, see if they can find out anything for you. I hope for your sake as well as the children's that there is nothing serious going on.
If something has happened to them, or they did abandon their children, I hope for the kids' sakes they can stay with you or another family member. The worst thing possible is to let them become the "property" of the state.

Thoughtlessness would be if they were really late to pick them up on christmas day with no explanation. Child abandonment would be if they leave the children with you,after they have specified a time to pick them up and do not call or answer any calls or contacts you have tried to make. Unless, God forbid, they are hurt and cannot contact you. Good luck.

Try making phone calls to hospitals and the jail.I hope that your son and his wife return soon and things work out for the better for all of you.I really hope that they haven't abandoned their children.

Dont trash these kids lives if you love them you will patiently wait for your son and his wife to return.Hope nothing bad has happend to them.If they are fine I'm sure they will be there sometime this evening.When they get in you can give them an ear full!

If you can't find them I would be concerned. Maybe something has happenned to them. Call police right away. They could have been in an accident or something. If ya find out otherwise, cause an accident for them. Best Wishers

Report this to authorities. Thats cruel and embarrasing. How could hey do that? take care of the kids and adopt the kids so that when they come back and want the kids back they wont be able to have them. wait a while and see what happens. :)

if you can't find them you should report to the authority... maybe something has happened to them...
