They don't ask, I demand paper.
Paper is better for the envoironment, as it recycles more environmentally friendly, and trees are renewable, wheras oil is in great demand and in short supply.
The manufacturing process of paper vs. plastic is also much less toxic.
When I have a large order at the grocery, it is much easier to use paper as the bags stand upright in the car, so my groceries arrive at home with less damage.
So bottom line, if you choose paper over plastic you are denying the big oil companies some of the profits.
Its time we the people woke up and re-discovered PAPER

I ask for paper. Plastic bag don't hold your groceries in after you put them in the car
