Yes, your Headteacher should contact all the examination boards on January 3, explaining the exceptional circumstances and arranging an assessment of your work in order to submit expected grades.
Why are you leaving at this stage?
If family illness, bereavement etc is the reason, you should receive special dispensation from all the examining boards.
Ask your parents or carers to write a formal letter to your Headteacher asking them to advise and help you in this.

I would leave her for a couple of days. If you move them she will only move them back. She had them there because she felt safe there. In the mean time find a spot in your house that is low traffic and away from other animals, and kids ... or at least kids arn't there without supervision. where you could put them. When my cat was close to being due I used to take a big box about 4'x4' lay towels in it cut a door in the side where she would have to hop to get into. The lip of the "door" would keep crawling kittens in. Once I was done I'd introduce her to the box everyday and she'd know and have her kittens there. once they are a week old move them to this box she will question / growl / meow...... but she will probably be okay with you touching them My cat let me check mine when they were a few days old. You could also put a towel over the top of the box to make her feel more safe, but easier for you to put water and food in for the kittens when they get bigger.

Maybe your parents do not realise the lack of educational wisdom getting you to the GCSE stage and and then not letting you take them.
Can your school Headmaster find out if you can take the exams in a school in Pakistan - will you be in the Capital? There are often international english speaking schools in the bigger cities and maybe there will be an opportunity for you to take your GCSEs attending that school.
Talk to your parents. Maybe they have set something up and not told you. . .

Concentrate solely on exams - they usually take place in January or February, anyway. If you have to, try & persuade your parents to wait til your exams are over, or ask them to leave you a plane ticket, so you can catch up with them later.
