When I close my email, it doesn't shut off. I have to sign off my email two times before it closes.?

Why is this so and how can I rectify that?

i think its "looping" that means it tries to load something and it thinks it loaded it all the way but it really didnt and it takes a couple tries for it to work, i think its a security problem, check from Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced [tab] > scroll down to Security > and check all the ones that have "SSL and TLS" in the name and add the website name to trusted sites and trusted cookie sites, if that doesnt help e-mail me @ my source please and i should be able to help
