LT would appear to be the obvious answer, but I think you have to consider the O-lines as well as the blocking fullbacks. If LT played for Arizona, how many TD's would he have? The Edge is a great example of this in a bad way.
LT is definietly quality, but I would also consider Frank Gore, LJ, and Steven Jackson.

LT for sure but people do forget he has the best o-line and fullback in the game. I would put Frank Gore a close 2nd hes putting up crazy numbers with a not very talented o-line. Big ups to Frank Gore THE-U.
