completely subjective... based on the amount of sweaying and time of year and all that. in the heat of humidity i may change 2x dail or even 3x. in dry weather i may be able to wear the same underwear to work for a full week or more because when i work out i wear DIFFERENCE pants/shorts and underwear!. Also THE KEY MY FELLOWS IS THIS (seriously, not trying to be funny):
GOLD BOND POWDER!!!!! I use the wal-,art brand or dollar general store for about $1.50-$2.37 because gold bond is like $6.99 the good generics are identical and only a couple i have tried were wanting.
I like to dry my crotch thorooughly with my blowdryer, THEN I step into the show to apply so's not to dust the entire bathroom. apply evenly and very lightly and that is the key.

Well I'm a female and I change mine everyday! It's just disgusting not to change them everyday. My boyfriend I swear only changes his every 2-3 days and I get kinda pissy with him cuz it is really disgusting to wear dirty underwear for that many days in a row. It's just poor hygiene!!!

Female - I change my underwear every time I take a shower, which is every day.
I think some guys sometimes wear them again.

I can not speak for all men but for any one male or female to wear the same underwear more than one day is GROSS!!!!!! I change mine EVERY DAY!!!!
