I watched the last episode when the final gifts were announced.
Big Daddy Cane came out and presented Ellen with the boxes. She did not reveal the identity of Big Daddy Cane. So, it may be that it was just a member of the crew rather than a celebrity. Did she make any announcement so her website?

It was never revealed. Probably wasn't anyone famous anyhow.
