I got a play station 2 that has games and in the box came a CD?

It says to put it into the computer and it tells you what to do.
How to hook up the play station. When I put it in the computer all these boxes came up and couldn't get it to do anything.
It says my computer doesn't have what it takes.
How do you get a computer to read a disc?

In general you open computer says my documents and
way down the list you have to click the chose file. The open disk is going to be d,e,f, or g depending on operating system.
The screen will show in a minute what do you want to do.
Chose read, play,open, or play file from that box. There is
a site in that range about if it is the first time you have chosen
this service, or this type of file, follow that one until you will have to chose again to open, or play. The little load menu will start to load, wait until it loads. Should be coming on screen now.
