Oh yes. I once had a dream in which I was very, very mad at my spouse. Something I'd done, some retaliation I thought was uncalled for, etc. etc.

When I woke up (the alarm went off for me to get up for work) I was still quite angry even though I was telling myself it was only a dream. For about the next 15 minutes, I continued to assure myself this was a dream, there's no way this happened. I even laughed at myself for still having these hostile emotions toward someone who had no idea what was going on. When we first talked later that morning, I found myself getting angry again and remembering what had happened in the dream. It was a good 10 minutes into my facing this object of anger before I could just drop it. I expalined everything right away once I realized I was being nasty for no reason.

That was the only time I ever had an emotion carry out of a dream. I'm only guessing it was chimically based and then triggered again by sight, sound and the memories all at the same time.

I have dreamed of getting out of bed and walking to meet someone and found myself waking up standing beside my bed.

I've also had one dream where I was standing in a fire - a camp fire like setting created by a Shaman (I dunno where it came from, I'm not spiritual or religious at all) and I was waiting for him to give me my "Indian Name". I remember hoping it was going to be something like "Hunting Bear" or whatever. He laughed and gave me the name of, "Prickly feet"! At that moment, in the dream, my feet and legs up to my knees started to feel like they'd been asleep. (You know the "pins and needles" feeling when you restore blood to a part of your body that you've been cutting off circulation to for a while?) It was similar to the pins and needles feeling, but not painful. I woke up almost immediately and that feeling was still there. I literally sat up in bed, started to worry at this sensation, and coulnd't move my legs or feet. Normally, when you cut of circulation like that, you get the pins and needles feeling when the blood has been restored. You can move the extremity, and it fades away over a few moments. This feeling just stopped about a minute or so after I was sitting up. It wasn't a lack of circulation apparently, but it was some superior dream to have carried over into my waking life.

I have had extreamly realistic dreams.

Sometimes when they are funny - I'll wake myself up laughing so hard, and sometimes have a hard time believing it was a dream.

Sometimes, they'll be tragic, I'll wake up crying - and I have called the people in my dreams (once awake enough) to be sure it was really a dream and that everything is okay.

I've also had dreams that are tragic, and I find out that something similar did happen, sometimes to who I dreamt about, and sometimes about someone else I know

yh, kinda

once i had dis really weird dream and EVERYTHING was spinning. When i woke up, for the next half an hour I felt dizzy and sick at the same time!

I went and locked myself in de toilet and closed my eyes and kind of rocked back and forth, back and forth and eventually fell back 2 sleep.

When i woke up AGAIN i was in my bed ! It was the most freaky day of my life !!

i didn't talk 2 anyone about it cos i didn't want to remember what happened.

just the thought of that day makes me fell queasy.
