I looked on their site and all they have is the silver i didn't know if they had the black in stores...

Well, it depends what walmart your at. But sometimes, the site may not show everything they have or walmart may not show everything that apple has. For example, i was trying to look for the red ipod nano on apple.com but they did not have it at walmart.

yes every Walmart i've gone to this year has had a black 4gb ipod nano. But if they don't you can go online and order one on walmart.com

My parents got me a blue 4gb ipod nano from circuit city i think they will have the black one there too.

They do carry them, I saw some today...They might have sold out where you are though.
