This is a very difficult decision and position to be in. Confront your father and tell him it is his responsibility to tell his wife or else you will. If you do nothing, your mother will eventually find out and not only feel the pain of betrayal from her husband but also feel betrayal from you.To gain trust again may never happen.Your father may try to manipulate you into believing lies to cover his infidelity. You know what you saw.Stay calm and no fighting. When the truth comes out, your parents have the choice to work past it or end the marriage. Marriage infused with deception cannot survive. Your father's behavior is not your fault. Love both of your parents. Talk to friends and don't get sucked up into taking side. May this painful ordeal pass quickly. My thoughts are with you.

Dude you mom needs to know, but your dad should be the one to tell her.
Tell your dad you saw him, what was he thinking
is that what he wants to teach you
too many men think with the lump in their pants and not what in their head or heart, they end up doing something stupid and for what. is any part of your livelyhood worth that peice of tail.
Young man your dad did wrong, he may never tell your mom. Take this away from the situation, how do oyu think your mom would feel if she found out?
That feeling is what so many people go through everyday7 because their partners could not remain faithful, never cheat on anyone you care about, ever, nothing is worth it.

I agree with the person who said you should confront your dad. He needs to be the one to tell your mother.
I'm sorry this happened. I feel for you. My father divorced my mom and married a woman he'd been having an affair with for years. Even 'tho he and my mom didn't have a great marriage, it was still a shock to find out he'd had a girlfriend for so long.

Go talk to your dad and let him know you know what is going on. Then start asking him questions. Then ask him if he is gonna be right with your mom and let her know. It is not up to you to tell your mom, it is up to your dad to be honest with her and either stop his nonsense or get out----of course if he does tell your mom or she finds out then it will be up to HER and only her as to how she handles the mess.

You should confront your dad and tell him to come clean with your mom. You shoudln't have to tell her...he needs to. It is a bad spot for you to be in. The truth is always best, though. God Bless you as you handle this.

Since your 28 years old, I think you're old enough to confront your father. Tell him you have no plans to tell your mom (you shouldn't), but that you are terribly disappointed and would appreciate an explanation.

dont tell your mom. and dont threaten your dad. maybe let him know that you found out and that it confuses and bothers you. .and that you would like him to -if he has to keep doing what he s doing- to at least keep it away from you. this should embbaress him..and maybe he will think twice next time.
