the first place to go would be to explore the 7 wonders of the world,then id start looking at the map and choose a very long voyage on the ocean..

When we retired, we had already been to Europe and Asia and the MEd. What we have not seen is our native state. What is just outside the back door and around the corner so we are doing just that. We take two and three day trips to explore the State.

New York City! =) You would have so many things within reasonable travel distance. Shopping, shows, scenery, history, socialization...............anything you might want to do is right there. You would never have reason to get bored! :)
