Only some features are better on one console than the other. The 360's just better with graphics, power, and online. And the 360's the one who had a bad start, not Nintendo Wii(whoever said that). Nintendo Wii sold over a million consoles in less than 2 weeks!

Matters on the person I suppose.

Xbox 360:
Great online play
Great games (Gears of War, Oblivion, Phantasy Star Universe)
Amazing graphics
Great software
Great navigation
Fairly expensive

Wii:
Creative
So-So graphics
Pretty good games (So Far) - Legend of Zelda, Elebits, Red Steel
Awesome controller
Innovative
Cheaper than Xbox 360

So basically, decide which one suits you the most. If you want an innovative gaming experience, go with the Wii. If you want amazing graphics, great games, and and awesome online play, go with the Xbox 360.

well, the Xbox 360 is better. because the Wii has gotten to a bad start, with all the problems, yes, your brother is right.
