It seems like you have narcissim. Narcissism describes the character trait of self love.
The word is derived from a Greek myth. Narcissus was a handsome Greek youth who rejected the desperate advances of the nymph Echo. As punishment, he was doomed to fall in love with his own reflection in a pool of water. Unable to consummate his love, Narcissus pined away and changed into the flower that bears his name, the narcissus.

The typical narcissist, as described in the DSM-IV-TR, doesn't necessarily hate everyone but believes he or she is special and entitled to preferential treatment. This also plays directly into their lack of empathy because they see others as ways of gratifying their desires.
The odd contradiction for the narcissist is his or her sensitivity to and yearning for social validation, at least from those they consider worthy. This can lead to the displays that lead people to conclude the narcissist is in love with himself or herself.
You may be narcissistic, but if you hate everyone else, chances are you don't have narcissistic personality disorder.

I think that you might have social problems. You are afraid that if you open to the world they might reject you from who you are. You should not feel like that. Everyone has issues. Share your thoughts and feelings with the world once you are in, you'll be unstoppable. Don't be afraid, give it a try. People don't bite, you will like it.
