I lost 7lbs my first trimester. It's normal, just try to keep what you can down, and once the sickness goes away you'll put weight on quickly.

Oh wow! That happened fast, but now that you a pregnant again not the best time to lose weight. Some people say when you have a c section its harder to get that weight off. Having a natural birth the weight comes off so fast, l lost my weight so fast with my second daughter like 40 lbs because I was just all baby and fluids and plus the weight I was trying to lose came off also. But if you maintain a healthy diet and constantly walk and drink lots of water you will be able to do it. Good luck!

As long as your body is losing the weight naturally, ie, not bulimia, and you are getting plenty of fluids, you should be ok. Maybe you shouldn't 'eat as much as you can', that can make you feel worse than not eating at all. However, your body is still growing, as is your baby's so make sure you take some kind of vitamins, with folic acid. How do you know you are 7 weeks, if you haven't seen a doctor yet?? Best Wishes.

is ok to loose weight during the first few weeks, try eating saltine crackers before anything else it may help you keeping your food down. Also you should call your doctor even without an appointment and explain about the lost weight and he/she will tell you what medication is appropiate. Hope you feel better!

Losing weight in the first few weeks is very common. Just keep eatting, make sure it's healthy, alot believe that they are eatting for two which is not true, espically when they think they can just pig out on junk food. Lots of fruits, lots of vegetables, protein etc and you should be fine.

Sweetie, your doctor is the only one that can help you with this. Are you taking your prenatal vitamins regularly? Or do they contribute to your nausea? I don't think that your baby will die from this, but a good nutrition is essential. You should get into the doctors asap, I don't think it's ok for you to wait another ten days. You are rather far along, at this point, maybe go to the hospital and get yourself and your baby checked.

Good luck...

That's normal. I lost weight for the first 4 or 5 months in my pregnancy.

It's nothing to worry about unless your doctor shows some deep concern. My partner lost weight with both our pregnancies and the kids turned out fine.

If you are concerned about it go to the doctor. I know that when you have morning sickness you can lose weight. Keep calm and don't freak out that will stress the baby more. Just talk to your doctor.
