They do not have a tracker that will tell you the user name but there are a few that will tell you by the ip address where they are located(this gose off of where the internet provider is)

In order for them to work, the people that come to your page will need to have an account with them. If you are a popular type person you should inform everyone on your friends list about it so they could jump on the bandwagon and then you will know which one of your friends are comming on ya page.
