The tree stays up till Mama's birthday, January 4.
The outside lights stay on till New Years, but aren't taken down till a warm day.

We've always left the Christmas decorations up until the New Year. Supposed to be bad luck to take them down sooner I think.

took the tree down today, will leave the out side decorations up til at least after the 1st, IF we get snow, may leave them up longer.

Same here; that way we can enjoy the last of it before the new year then it's a whole new year entirely and we take all our stuff down until next year. Happy New Year!

I usually the day after Xmas, but its acceptable to leave to after the 1st of the year

mom will take down the ones inside after new years sometime before Valentines day lol
they have an apt so they dont have any outside
