Who are the people you report to? How long have they been there? How do the people under them advance in the company?

What happens if it turns out the fit is not right?

What does the position consits of? Do you get any training? And do you get a two week trial for this position? And a complete head to toe information on this position that they have not telling you yet and need to know a written and verbal discussion.
