right im having problems iv tryed everthing people says i cannot download anything off the internet i blocks everthing out peoples not giving me the right answere i cant open my internet options at all it blocks everthing out i cant do a systen restore its not restoring it at all can anyone help me solve the problem

I have never heard about something similar. Maybe could you try with downloading programs. For security the best could be format the memory

You have to be more specific. When did this start happening? When was the last time it worked correctly? What, if any, error messages are you getting? What do they say? What are you doing when this message pops up? What are you downloading? Please ask your question again, and remember. You are our eyes, we can't see your computer or what it's doing... so describe as best you can. If you do that we'll be able to help you a lot better.

I can see the seriousness of the situation you are in.

Like i said earlier, try downloading, or get a friend to give you a copy of Mozilla Firefox or Opera on a flash disk or CD.

The other extreme is wiping the PC Clean and installing a new copy of Windows. (Not the best solution)

you have a virus and it's deleting your pc files
you really need to do a memory dump and re-load windows
