1. Amulets were buried with the mummy for reasons like keeping the soul safe from evil in the afterlife and such.

2. A Canopic Jar is a funeral vase for holding the organs of the mummy.

3&4. Imesty, the man headed held the liver.
Hapy the baboon headed held the lungs.
Duamutef the jackal headed held the stomach.
Qebehsenuef the falcon headed held the intestines.

the amulet im not sure about. As for the jars they held the removed organs of the desceased.

Imsety (man-headed): liver
Hapy (baboon-headed): lungs
Duamutef (jackal-headed): stomach <- Horus' Son
Qebehsenuef (falcon-headed): intestines

I think the amulets helped them get into the "afterlife"
don't know what the canpic jar was-sorry
And the organs that were placed i believe are the intestines -heart- brains -and i don't know the rest -sorry
