I'm guessing that, by 'important moments', you mean the most exciting bits of a current movie.
There are, thus, two possible solutions:
1. encourage your 'g/f' to stay outside the cinema. (I, obviously, assume you mean 'green frog', by the way).
2, Feed your 'g/f' a LOT of junk food just before the climax of the movie. It will be unable to commote!

Have you tried kissing her on the mouth when she gets too noisy? (My husband's ex-roommate's girlfriend used to be like that. AWKWARD! She didn't care if there were 20 other people in the house. She would scream her lungs out. Made everyone really uncomfortable. He eventually ended their relationship because he was too embarrassed by all of us busting on him.)

Sit and talk with her and tell her the noise she is making at these important events are unnesussay and you would like her to quit doing them. Why is she your "girl friend" instead of just your girlfriend without the ""???

If you mean while you're watching a movie, then I would recommend that perhaps the films you're choosing to watch together aren't from a genre that she's all that interested in, perhaps you should discuss in greater detail which films she might be more inclined to pay attention too. However if you mean in life in general, and that she tends to seek attention when you're doing important things, then I'd say she was perhaps insecure about her importance in your life, and this is attention grabbing jealousy which requires some gentle reassurance from you.

some are noisy and some arent. Just enjoy the fact that you can make her noisy. My wife made my day the first time she shouted at the top of her voice **** me harder. Especially as my next door nieghbour heard her and was sooo jealous cos his wife never shouted for him to do the same.

patiently tell her to calm down when she gets like that. Or talk to her alone about her commotion and fuss being a trait of hers that you don't like. But if that's just the way she is, your going to have to compromise
