In any relationship there must be trust! If no trust no relationship. I can tell you feel conscious about his loyalty by saying you saw that in his pants, you should not do that, sounds to me that they were just dirty, signs of cheating are: not kissing you as he used to do, looks away most probably to the left when you ask him what did he do today, keeps coming home late always and finds as excuse "been for a beer with my mates" "been working late" etc etc. He is just not the same with you when he is cheating and you can feel some sort of rejection. You have to trust him and show him you aren't the kind of women who pressures him but when you feel something going on just ask him what he's been up to and if he will lie he wont look into your eyes and change the subject quickly!

Use detergent and bleach. If that does not help soak your underwear in Oxiclean and hot water over night then wash them with just your detergent and it should come out!
