yesterday and the day before i had problems with purchasing music through iTunes. first it was the error messages. now, its the card i was using to purchase music. American Express says that the amex gift card can be used anywhere amex is accepted. itunes accepts amex so i thought,"cool, i can use my $100 amex gift card to buy music".... WRONG! itunes said the information did not match the billing info. What's up with that? PLEASE HELP ME!

try calling Itunes or hit their online help section. It may be a problem that several people are having. If that doesn;t wark call the number on the back of the gift card.
