Im with Verizon but most of my friends are with T-mobile, I could probably save some money if I change with T-mobile, would you recommend that switch?

Yes. For starters, many new plans have free in-network calling, in other words your calls to your T-Mobile friends will be free if you get one of those plans.

Also, having TMO cell service gets you discounts on a TMO wifi hotspot account, if you care about that.

And I would definitely recommend GSM over non-GSM; upgrading to new phones is extremely easy. With non-GSM, every time you get a new phone, you have to call someone, they walk you through some complicated setup routine, and then you wait like an hour or more for their network lookup tables to get updated. GSM you just move the card to the new phone.

There's other side reasons I like TMO, some of which have a little to do with some of the insider info that I know. I do know that they've won customer service awards for years in a row. I can't say for myself because I rarely need to call them.

I wouldn't....they're "Five Fave" replaces a mobile to mobile feature. I would recommend Alltel, they're My Circle plan is pretty good. I have Alltel as my provider and I've been really happy with it. They're amoung the most competitive as far as cell phone carriers are concerned.

if most of your friend are with t-mobile go with that coz it will cost you less but i would recommend o2 - pay as you go - if you top up £20 a month then you will get at least half of it back with all the freebies. and more than that if you have a genie Sim card. but go with what your friends are on xx

I have tmobile right now, and do not get service anywhere. Plus all of the phones ive had seem to get really messed up as they get older. (they would turn off by themselves in the middle of calls and what not)
