It depends....ex-sister in law...if no children are involved....if children are involved she would still be your sister in-law and your children's Aunt.

Best wishes....hoping your wife is well.

What she will be is what you WANT her to be to you. You can think of her As a sister in law if you want to. Death does not end a relationship you have with a surviving relative.

Nothing.
By law, this woman is now unrelated to you in any way.

In the minds of the people around you and around her, she is your "ex-sister-in-law" or "the sister of your late wife".

She's still your sister in law.

non-sense
2 wrong thinkings
1-thinking for death of his wife(give me your wife cell# so i want she may give you the right answer)
2-thinking of 2nd marriage and caring for sister-in-law instead of his wife.

answer to your q is that she will remain your sister-in-law but it is possible to get marraige with her but thinking wife's death before her time of death is absolutely wroooooooong

She technically is still your sister in law or former sister in law.
You're already thinking about remarriage and your wife isn't dead yet?
