can anyone tell me the name of an OLD stuffed toy that its eyes and nose light up & make noise?

It has a flat face, and wears a green hood. His eyes and nose light up and make noise when you rub your hand accross its face.

It is not a glow worm. it looks more like a stuffed bear, it is about 12" tall and more square like. its face is tan fur and has a hunter green hood

Glow worm? I used to have one that was soft and plushie like that as a child.
