T&L stands for Transform & Lighting. It's nothing fancy and all modern graphics cards have this feature.

Sadly vikki, your onboard graphics adaptor is unlikely to support T & L (Transform and Lighting). To play games that need them, I'm afraid you'll have to buy a separate video card that should slip into a free slot on your motherboard. You'll need to identify which slot you have available. The oldest is PCI, then there was AGP, and the latest boards have PCI eXpress. The manual for your motherboard will contain the relevant information.
