take some time out to visit medical offices and hospitals and talk to a manager or go to the human resources department. make sure you have copies of your updated resume and distribute them by hand. really put yourself out there. or look up medical offices in your city, collect fax numbers and fax away. or post your resume on careerbuilder.com or monster.com.
