How do you get dss off your bach? A friend of mine made a stupid commett and social service was called to her. It was a commet made at the wrong time & wrong place and now they wont let her be with her two babies unless the husband is there. They are happly married and she would never hurt herself or the kids. And dss is making a mountain out of a mole hill she has to leave her kids when he goes to work. and cant go home till he gets home. The kids grandma stays with them. somebody have any experence in this matter . She & her husdand are great parents and LOVE the kids with all their heart. Any advice?

Well to tell you the truth is really hard to get them of your back once they are all up in there... but I think they are doing their jobs and this is for the well being of the kids. sooner or later if she follows some kind of parenting plans or classes they will give her a chance. But is going to take a while. good luck.

Due to all of the child deaths and abuse in todays society, DSS cant afford to take any comment anything less then serious. True it was probably in bad taste and realbad timing but they have to take it serious until proven otherwise for now. When their inquirery is over and the truth be known all this will be over and hopefully will never happen again. DSS is just doing their job and checking things out fully and will continue til theyre absolutely positive this was a joke and nothing more. Just think what would happen if DSS would have first treated this as a joke and it turned out otherwise.

Unfortunatley someone opened their mouth when they shouldn't have in front of someone that took them seriously-----now she is going to have to PROVE HERSELF to dss that she is not what the person said------and if she did not do those things or whatever he/she claims she did then the person that thought she was being "cute" by saying such stuff needs to go to dss and let them know she was just "messing " around----------then she needs to be beaten just shy of dead for saying such terrible things

It will work itself out eventually. She is just going to have to deal with it and make sure she doesn't make any other stupid comments in the meantime. It will be a lesson to her that she has to chose her words wisely.
