"my hips are dry docked." ((Pete Wentz))
I've been trying to figure out what that means, but I haven't been very successful.
Any kind of cluse would be nice. Thanks.

It means that he hasn't seen any sexual action for some time. You dry dock a ship when you have to perform some maintenance on it. Hence when the ship is dry docked it is not in use.

When a ship is "Dry Docked" it is in for reparirs, out of the water.
In relation to hips, it probably means that they are out of action.
What type of action.? Use your imagination.
You could ask the person who you heard it from of course. See if they know.

maybe (Pete Wentz) has a big backside and cannot lower himself into water in the bath...hence, dry docked.

the plumbing is turned off...menopause...sterilization etc. I find the term delightfully humerous myself.

when something is in drydock does'nt it mean that it is not being used ? maybe that is your answer.
