Everyone I know on T-mobile (family and friends) have had problems with calls and texts on T-mobile since yesterday morning.I live in South wales. Phone can show full signal strength but will not connect. Every now and again it is ok but generally useless. I have contacted T-mobile and they said to phone back in a weeks time if there's still a problem. Absolute waste of time !

I don't think it's volume of calls etc all day on Boxing day ! It's not just in one local area either.

Apparently a network hub near bristol went down on christmas mornin and they thort it was jst a heavy load on the network so left it, wen it didnt fix itself they found out there was a problem and estimated 24/48 after for it to be fixed (yeh rite). this affects the majority of wales but nowhere else afaik. god knows wen theyl fix it. thats all i could get outta tmobile.

it could just be that the network was busy on christmas day ,usually new years eve at just gone 12 its impossible to send or make a call i've had this on all the networks i've been on.

Basically in short the network can't handle the volume of calls and texts at the same time. I had that the other day i'm on 3 I tried to send a text msg and it just wouldnt go though.
