If you are pregnant, and these are implantation crampings (and believe me, you do feel them!), then your test should be positive. By the time that the implantation begins, your body has already released enough hgc hormones, which are the way pregnancy tests identify that you are pregnant.

Good luck!

Did you actually spot or bleed??? You dont usually feel implantation when it happens.
Being bloated is a common early sign of pregnancy, but its also a period symptom as well, along with the cramping....it might be your period getting ready to start.
A home test would be accurate anywhere from 3 days before your period is due to anytime after your late. A blood test is only effective 3 days before a urine test is.

Well if you have already missed your period then I suggest you take as test asap. It can be signs of pregnancy, but it can also be a sign of a period coming.
