i just got an xbox 360 for chirstmas and i was wondering if you could still recieve and make phone calls. try o answer as soon as possible.

You can only use the Xbox Live service if you have broadband internet connection (Cable, DSL, etc) instead of something like Dial-up. If you have a broadband connection, it will not interfere with you telephone line at all. However, if you do not, you will not even be able to use Xbox Live.

Well, an xbox 360 only uses broadband for connection, so you wouldn't be able to use a normal phone line to hook it up. So I would say yes, you should be able to use your phone while you use your 360. Broadband comes in over cable, or wireless. In the UK it comes in over phonelines too but it's filtered and you can use both the phone and broadband at the same time.

u can use xbox live on a dsl connection, and yes you can talk on the phone if you play halo 2 add me im triplekill101

yes u can if u have high speed internet or wireless but if u have like dial up then u cant
