Depends.
Legally you can normally only install software on one system, unless the EULA allows you to install it on multiple systems.
Some software like AVG will allow you to install it on multiple systems in compliance with the EULA
Some software's EULA will not allow it, but the only thing preventing you from not installing it is your morals.

it depends on the license they give you. most likely no unless you buy a certain package, you can only install on 1 pc.
