Well, its not unusual. This kiss was kinda her goodbye to what she was and a finalization of things.You were probably a lot of fun to her and she still has fond memories of you and trust you as a person, so she wanted to have one last memory to take with her.
Its not like she was going against anything by doing it.
She now just has a great final memory that she can look back on when ever marriage gets a little difficult.
Don't feel confused by it. If I was you I would be flattered. Seems to me you can always know your special in someones mind forever no matter when or if you see each other again, she is thinking of you from time to time.

It was the end of the night after bringing back old memories which confused her emotions at the time. Darling she married the one she wants to be with. Because if she wanted you and not her husband, she would have walked away from him without a second thought. Respect her and yourself and do not follow that kiss up. Let her move on in her marriage and you move on to be with that awesome lady that God will send to you.

If you knew she was going to get married why would you let her kiss you? You had to have some idea of what she was doing. She was wrong in my opinion, but it doesn't seem like you were upset about the kiss.

She has or had cold feet. Can't tell by your letter if she got married yet. Wedding are stressful and you made her feel special. Don't read too much into the kiss.
