I'm looking for info on getting started with a karaoke business I have small equipment, over 400 songs, I wonder how much to charge. we'll probably just do this 1-2 days a week, or fairly small parties. Any suggestions?

I'VE BEEN IN THE KARAOKE BUSINESS FOR 12 YEARS NOW, AND I HATE TO SAY THIS BUT, 400 SONGS IS NOT NEARLY ENOUGH TO CHOOSE FROM. MY SUGGESTION IS THIS, WITH THE MUSIC YOU DO HAVE, PUT A UNIQUE ACT TOGETHER TO SELL YOURSELF FIRST. SHOW PEOPLE YOUR PERSONALITY, HAVE FUN IN WHAT YOU'RE DOING, AND BE FAIR TO ALL SINGERS. AS FAR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT FEES, SEE WHAT THE GOING PRICE IS IN YOUR AREA AND OFFER TO DO THE FIRST NIGHT OR TWO AT LEAST HALF THE PRICE TO PROVE YOURSELF, THE CLIENT WILL BITE. IF YOU DO WELL, YOU WILL BE ON YOUR WAY.
