No the general (voting) public has not forgotten about him and neither has the administration. Did you notice that no candidate made mention of bin Laden during this last election? They strategically stayed away from that subject. Had it been brought up I believe more republicans would probably have lost their seats. Bush isn't mentioning him and neither is anyone else. What happened to those reports that stated sometimes to forces were a couple of days behind Bin Laden? Now we hear nothing. Maybe they are have captured him and is holding him someplace until Bush's last few days in office and then tell the public Bin Laden has been captured -- give Bush a last few good hours in office.

We never got Hitler, either. I guess we didn't try very hard to win World War Two.
Many people have forgotten about 9-11, and that's a big problem. These are the people who say "Ooh, war is so icky, let's stop, let's bring the troops home regardless of why they're fighting."
Osama is one terrorist. We're killing and capturing terrorists all the time (tho this isn't reported by the stupid media, they'd rather talk about Brittney Spears). Most of Osama's organization has been wiped out.
Osama is probably in Pakistan, probably near the border with Afghanistan. Do you want us to invade Pakistan? Kinda complicated, what with all the Muslims living there, and their nuclear weapons.
It's a war on terror. Iraq is just one battle. It's very hard, but it's worthwhile. Bush has said he's trying to spread freedom and democracy. It's because dictatorships cause terrorism. Have you heard a better plan for ending terrorism?
By the way, who says anything in the Loose Change video is true? Do you believe everything you see? Try supporting your country during war.

Osama has not been heard from in a long time, he is likely dead in some cave . No one spends much time thinking about him. The safety of our country is of greater importance. We were busy with Christmas, and prayer for World Peace. And indeed we do remember 9/11 and the and the Troops well.

Osama Bin Laden is currently living in Denver. He's taken refuge in the Rockies. Actually he's never even been to Afghanistan...all those videos that you see of him are from the hills that surround the Greater Denver Area. Besides they gave up lookin' for him once they caught Saddam Hussein. George W. Bush wouldn't go hunting for an old friend.

well we just killed his closest aide I would say NO we have not fogotten about him ..he wishes, I think Bush if he has ANY piece of a brain will make it a priority (if it isn't already) to kill this piece of s h i t before he leaves office he has to considering he is going to be going down in history as the worst president , killing bin Laden will bring him up as a hero. but then the Bush famiy and the Bin Laden family go back aways as social contacts. But if he wants to be ANYTHING in the history books besides a buffoon he should make sure that we kill that b a s t a r d.

We don't know. Recent events suggest he IS alive and hiding in Pakistan (my belief). We don't know. I have not forgotten what he did. Apparently much of the world has, especially a lot of conservatives who scream daily "stay the course", "don't cut and run" and "liberals would like to see us lose the war on terror". I have seen no evidence that the president could care less to find and try him, in fact he is quoted as saying he doesn't think about him very much. Some "war on terror" he is running.

I should point out that prior to 9/11, CIA agents were dispatched to take care of Bin Laden, and to ensure he was in good health.
For the full story, refer to the Loose Change video.

Oh, he's hiding out, giving orders to his badly destabilized (but by no means dead) network and taunting us from his cave. Hell, he's probably laughing his **** off that we're wasting so much on Iraq and practically doing his recruiting for him!
As for Bush and crew wanting to kill him - why should they want to arrest and kill a man who is such a convienent boogeyman to scare the voters into supporting their insane policies?
