1- no. If your opponent has a toon, they have to attack a toon. They can still attack toons with regular monsters. No toon direct attacks are allowed if Toon World isnt in play. Toon alligator is not a toon monster. A toon monster is specified on the card, like Spirit monsters are. Toons can be incredibly good. I'm so sick of the word 'Toon' right now.

I think a bit of clarity is needed here. Are you looking for a DVD box set that features toon monsters in the episodes, or are you looking for the cards themselves? If it's the former, then it's a simple enough matter to search for the correct box set on Amazon. The toon monsters make their debut appearance in Season 1 (Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters: Duelist Kingdom).
