Mens sizes are determined by the waist and inseam measurements. Just measure. It's much easier than the size system the women have.

Shoes or clothes? Shoes is about a 9 1/2. Pants - measure your waist - boys pants are sized in inches.

A 32x34 is 32 inches around the waist and 34 inches down the inseam (from crotch to hem.)

About a 9 or 9 1/2. Remember men's shoes are wider than women's shoes.

if a girls 11 is a sz woman's 6 then it's a boy's 18/20 shirt and men's 28/30 pant. Possibly 26 depending on the cut-pleated. flat front, slim etc.
