why does it seem 2b easier to get a job in vegas, if youre NOT a US citizen????

Because the job market in Vegas is the most debased one in the country! Particularly so if one works in the hotel/casino industry.

maybe because then the employers think you dont know about the sex and gambling, but that its just a nice town with a lot of commercial things
