If you include both continents most Americans probably have quite a bit of Spanish Blood in them. However, Mexican is different from Spanish, and American is different from US Americans.
Perhaps 20 percent of the USA population, including illegals, has some Mexican heritage, but a lot of the Hispanics in the USA are from other countries in Latin America.
You really might want to read up on the bloodbath the Spanish visited on the Americas starting 500 years ago.
Oh, and by the way, I do have a little Spanish Blood in my heritage, but it is Castilian. I have more Native American Blood in my veins than Castilian, but primarily Northern European.

No. While the number of Americans of Mexican (Hispanic) decent is the fastest growing segment of the population, those of European decent are still the largest group.

No! Most illegal immigrants are fro Mexico, but the majority of US citizens are from Europe.
