Well I too am a die hard Tribe fan. So far they have singed relievers Roberto Hernandez, Aaron Fultz, and Joe Borowski. They have also signed OF David Delluci. They are very close to signing Keith Foulke as well. If they can get Foulke signed they will have a great back end of the bull-pen with Borowski, Foulke, Henandez, as well as retuning members Rafeal Betancourt and Fernando Cabrera.

They also made a great trade for a stud second baseman - 23 year old Josh Barfield.

If the bullpen stays healthy they should be a strong contender in the AL Central. They have an awesome offense led by Pronk (aka Travis Hafner) and Grady Sizemore.

They have a great starting staff with Sabathia, Byrd, Lee, Westbrook, and the young phenom Jeremy Sowers. If you are a true Tribe fan I would leave your calender empty in October !!

GO TRIBE !!!

I'm a die hard cleveland fan too, even way over here in the Azores in the middle of the Atlantic ocean. Cleveland will continue to do what we have been doing since Dolan bought the team. Offer enough to any decent free agent to get our name mentioned in negotiations, but then always offer just enough to make it look close before he signs with someone else. We have not made 1 even half hearted attemp to sign any player of real talent since he bought the team, and have watched hall of famers like manny, thome, omar head for greener pastures. It's hard being a cleveland fan, because our owner overpaid for the team and is making the fans feel the grunt of his mistakes. We will still compete next year, but look at the central. Everyone else is getting significantly better, while we just staying neutral. Dolan must go for us to make a true championship run.

I'm a Tribe fan and I hope they do something smart b/c last season was awful. We need pitchers and a good closer for one and I think either put Victor at first or get rid of him he was one of the main problens of last season. He can't throw n e 1 out. Aaron Boone needs to go find another team. He can't hit n e more and he is a very very bad 3rd basemen. He should be called Mr. Error-n Boone We have the batting power but we have no good pitchers to keep our lead. We have great young talent and there will be a big playoff push down the road. ;) GO TRIBE!!!!!!

As much as I like Cleveland I can't say that I care much for their personnel, knowing them they will probably not make a big splash in the free agent pool. For everyone's sake I hope they get a better closer, something they've lacked for awile. I thought it would've been interesting to see Gagne go to the tribe until Texas signed him.

I dont really think much..they signed Roberto Hernandez..and thats rlly it soo far..I think they'll sign or trade for a SP..they also need a good infielder..the Indians have a lot of work to do and few players to choose from..in my opinion, they waited too long to get good players..don't expect much from them next year

it doesn't look as if they are gonna do too much as they haven't really shown a willingness to spend any money on any of the top free agents

How about you cheer on a actual good team? Maybe St.Louis, Los Angeles?
