I agree, No, it was probably not fair in the slightest. it wont make a difference if he is hanged. America will still play the bully in the middle east and the war will go on if not make it all the worse. what about those damn soldiers that massacered those poor people in that village in what would seem in cold blood. they deserve a death punishment too surely. you can thumb me down apleanty people but i stick to my opinion.

personally i think they should drop him into a very populated city in iraq and let the iraqies take turn smaking him then start cutting him slowly from his toes then slit his troat and watch him drown in his own blood...so yea..i think he got off easy
