No there is not a fine line however if a cute person has an ugly inside that most def makes them look ugly on the outside and it can be said in reverse as well...the moral of that story? Stay good lookin on the inside and you can stay "cue" on the out...LOL sorry had to say that...LOL

I've seen some ugly babies when I was working at daycare. They were ugly but they were also kinda cute. But as an adult, There is no fine line. You're either cute or ugly.
Ever seen those ugly dolls? They are kinda cute but really ugly looking. My nephews love em.

Yes, sometimes someone you thought was cute will change expressions or start talking and turn out ugly. Some models fall into that category. Angelina Jolie is close to the line.
